When you submit a booking request, BookMyMassage may store your name, phone number, preferred location, service, date/time preference and message so the booking team can contact you. Advertising attribution data such as UTM parameters, GCLID, FBCLID, landing page, referrer and basic device/browser information may also be stored for campaign measurement.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to booking requests, understand campaign performance, improve the website and help route enquiries to participating spa locations. We do not ask for card payment details through the booking form.
