Booking Terms

Booking requests

An online form submission is a booking request, not automatic confirmation. The selected spa or booking desk confirms the exact service, therapist availability, duration, price and appointment time.

Offers and prices

Offers, starting prices and membership terms can change and may apply only to selected services, timings or selected locations. Confirm the final details before travelling or making payment.

Professional wellness services

BookMyMassage is designed for professional spa and wellness enquiries. Our spa locations may refuse inappropriate requests or behaviour.
